Help please!

I have contacts already logged in and have changed jobs recently. Is there anyway I can seperate them completely from new contacts?

make a new folder called "old contacts" or something under "contacts" and move them into there.

you could also export your contacts then re-import them into a seperate folder..

use file --> import & Export and find the options in there..

Another option would be to categorise them.

- Open any contact and select Categories at the bottom of the form.

- Open 'Master Category List' and add appropriate names

- Set the category for each contact.

You can then use View / View by category to see each set grouped in the main contacts view.
