I have been using Skype lately and like it, but I had a problem when connecting to a call centre. Once I have dialled the number it asks the usual "Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for support" etc., but I cannot send the required keypress because the Skype virtual keyboard vanishes as soon as the call connects. I have tried pressing 1 on my (computer) keyboard but it doesn´t work.
Can anybody please tell me how I can do this? TIA.

When the box opens, you should see an icon at the bottom that you can click to get the keypad up...

yes I use it all the time for conf call to the US where I have to key in an access code and it works as described above.

It's brilliant for those calls to toll-free numbers in the US as you don't even have to register with Sykpe and they're totally free.
