I have been through a lot of cases. There has never really been great, excpet for the one I have now. I saw it in the crappy inflight catalogue mag

Really nice. Protects the screen, is a really nice stand, and not much bigger. I like it FAR more than any other case I've used.

the great thing with it is that it is real carbon fibre (soz got a thing for all things carbon fibre)

I use a metal Element Case on my old rev 1: http://www.elementcase.com/home/product.html
I bookmarked this useful thread in Dec -->

I bought the "skin like" film protector for mine from the US (cant remember which page of the above thread it's on, but it is there) - went on very well, no issues with the 1-piece back film (on a 3GS) and prevents general scratching.
I'm also temporarily using a spare Belkin gel cover that was part of a 2-pack my Brother bought. Not ideal, but prevents the odd knock, and is grippy to hold/place on surfaces.

It might be cheap but I've had mine 6 months odd and it's not put a foot wrong such as it is.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay in the end? That looks greathttp://www.osirusa.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PRO...

Yes, I noticed that... But you're not fooling anyone, Ernest. I can picture you now, Elmer Fudd cap on at a jaunty angle, gun locker at the ready, and ipod set to full metal jacket! You suit orange, Ernie!

For the record the wife has a pink "bling" one for her blackberry. I tend to think of all smartphones as the devil's progeny and am quite happy with my i880...

I have this. Slightly more bulky than the others but also doubles the phones battery life.
I am often away from a charger for the day, and found that my 3gs wouldn't run all day and into the evening without a charge being needed so this is brilliant.
