Multiple monitors in windows 7 - duplicate one window?

Hi folks

I have a windows 7 laptop and I am using a projector in "Extend" mode to take advantage of powerpoints "presenter" view. This means I can have the slides on monitor 2, with the notes on monitor 1.

Unfortunately, when I switch to IE/ VMWare to show the second one, I either have to switch to "duplicate" mode or crane my neck around to view the screen.

So, is there a way to duplicate IE on both displays whilst in extend mode, keeping extend mode switched on for powerpoint?
