Help me get my Squeezebox boom connected?
Discussion
I am stuck for some reason.
Just picked up a Boom for Richer sounds and the thing will not connect to my Belkin wireless router.
I have reset my security password and buggered about but it gives me the message "wireless encription Failure" after scanning for the network. My PS3 connects just fine, or did before i started messing with this thing.
It can see the router, and the router is merrily flashing away to indicate wireless activity.
Once i got the message "Unable to connect to network" but the other twenty scans have given me the first message. The squeezbox is 12" from the router so i think range is not an issue!
If there is a UK phone number i would call them but i can't find one...
Suggestions please?
This is supposed to be straight forward but never is
ETA: i have been through the process of adding the mac address of the Boom, but it has not helped.
ETA again: By disabling my security i am now connected but that doesn't seem ideal.
I must be using the wrong type of security?

It supports WPA Personal, WPA2 and 64/128bit WEP, what do you use on the AP? Have you tried to get it to DHCP using an ethernet cable? At least then you'll know if it's working or not. I never had any trouble with mine.
Do you broadcast your SSID? If not, try unhiding it, then just hide it again once you've got it connected.
