I have come across the TOSHIBA SATELLITE T110-10X (11.6 inches)at a really good deal 499euros with Windows 7 home premium(I am in Greece)- it's apparently been marked down from 650euros.

Seems like a good deal but I want to ask those in the know first...
I am looking for a notebook, around 500euros or less, ideally 13,3inch (not bigger) but they are hard to come by at that price. I have seen some Acers with Windows Vista on at around that price only but I would prefer a better brand like Toshiba with Windows 7. So whilst this Toshiba is a bit smaller than I would like, it is still OK size wise and seems feature loaded. I have been told that although it is a Netbook/Notebook Hybrid and will handle some light Excel/Word work and run Outlook which is all I need it for (plus some Skype) - is this true or just salemsan talk?
Price, portability, battery life and reliability are top priorities.
I have seen lots of threads on here where people have bought some good but cheap Samsung netbooks and just upgraded the RAM - how does this affect the warranty - is it something the store will do for you and is it basically the same thing as this Toshiba?:
