iSight out of focus in OS X.....

I'm using my Unibody Macbook iSight in OS X and it's completely out of focus. (The same is true in Windows).

In fact, it only focuses about 1-2 inches away from the camera which isn't exactly ideal!

Is there any way to refocus it or is it a hardware fault?

Check www.apple.com/support for info on whether it's a hw repair or a simple PRAM reset.
I'd be leaning more towards a hw fix, but that could just be the pessimist in me.
