Useful Windows Mobile apps
Discussion
As a Hd2 user I would be interested in this. I think it's a great bit of kit, but I can see why most people go with an iphone.
Windows mobile phones all seem to have different versions and different screen resolutions etc so it must be difficult to make one app that suits all. I guess this is partly why the iphone has been such a success.
I don't see anyone bothering to develop new wm apps until wm7 is released. Even then I guess that wm phones will vary is spec/screen resolutions.
I had a choice of hd2 or iphone, had a long play with both and chose the hd2 knowing that it would be outdated within 12 months and would have a very limited amount of apps. One main benefit for me is that it can take memory cards. Great for travelling, work stuff on one card, films etc on another.
All of the above observations are made as a phone user and non expert so I would be happy to be corrected on any of the above comments.
