Toshiba T130 notebook -Touchpad rubbish?

Hi,
Does anyone have one of these? I like the overall package but the only negative point on reviews is that the Touchpad is fiddly, gets stuck and is easy to touch when typing which then sends the cursor all over the place.
Most sites say just to turn down the sensitivity and turn off the 'squeeze/pinch' type feature and it is ok. Anyone on here found the same?
