Stupid iphone and stupid googlemail

I'm following these bd instructions and it just fails every bloody time.

I (cleverly) removed my gmail account, hoping to get 2x exchange email servers which would allow push notifications (100% need push for work).

So deleted the existing one before setting up the new one, and it won't allow it due to 'bks imap bks'

Argh! Help?!

Username is just your username without the gmail/googlemail.com part on it.

Annoyed the feck out of me (since you use the whole thing to log in to some services) until I tried it.

That's how I got mine working.

On the incoming and outgoing mail server sections, not the address/description part.

Cannot connect using SSL

Do you want to set it up without SSL

I also set mine up manually not using the Gmail option when creating a new account.

Use SSL is on for me.
Authentication is password

You can have more than one push mail account, but only ONE MS Exchange account.
