Windows security essencials

Is anyone using it? I bought i new Windows 7 laptop a few months back which came with a trail version of McAfee which has now expired.

Normally i'd jsut install AVG but is it worth giving the Windows stuff a go?

I've just swapped from AVG to Security Essentials.

Seems to be a bit less intrusive/use less resource. According to all the stuff I read it's better for virus detection etc. too.
