Xmarks for Firefox/Gmail/Firefox - Password Security

Hi all,

I use Xmarks for my Bookmarks, I'm tempted to use it for my passwords.

How strong is the encryption on the passwords? It looks like 256 Bit AES from the website?

Also, how strong is the encryption on Gmail passwords?

And, how strong is the encryption on the Firefox Master Password?

Don't really want to be syncing passwords unless I know there's no weak links in the chain
