What basic laptop?

[MattW]

Does anyone have an idea of what is the best laptop around at the moment for under £400?

It’s for my parents who will use it mainly for surfing the net but also some photo manipulation / processing and a small amount of word / excel use.

The best value one against spec I can find seems to be this one but I am not that knowledgeable on PC’s so could do with some advice.

Thanks all!
