Change display name on Email account

A friend of mine wants to change the display name on her E-mail account. Sadly the current display name includes the name of her husband who tragically died shortly after new year.

How do you change the display name? The acount is a btinternet.com address and the E-mail client is outlook express.

It will be in the account settings accessible via the tools menu - sorry I don't use Outlook Express so can't be too specific.

I'm sure someone will be along with detailed instructions shortly...

It'll be tools, options then account or the like.

I work with a Mac so the exact process I can't remember. As above, someone will be able to tell you exactly how in no time at all.

Select account, change.
Change the display name.

Done.
