MacBook trackpad
Discussion
My MacBook is up a creek!
Split tea on the trackpad yesterday. Cleaned it up and all seemed to be fine. Now today the physical click doesn't work, but the tap command is ok. This meant I couldn't click and drag. So I went into system preferences to see if the settings had somehow changed.
Now this is the stupid bit, in my desperation to find a solution, I turned the 'tap' command off. But I can't turn it back on and am effectively without a mouse. Any ideas to fix this

Is it the previous shape of MacBook? I'd never advise it of course but there's a common problem with them cracking like this...

Usually just from normal wear and tear or being closed firmly. Last time mine went Apple advised me that cracked top cases were now covered 'for life'. The top case includes the keyboard and trackpad and usually only takes the Apple store an hour or so to swap.

t. Plug a mouse in via USB would work I guess. Seems pretty obvious
