Griffin Autopilot Help

Hi Guys

I have a Griffin Autopilot like the one below on my 123d, which has a Professional head unit and hifi speakers, and through which I listen to my iPhone.
I don't have the USB connector in the car.


It has started playing through only the right channel. Any ideas? The stereo and iPhone seem to work fine otherwise.
