Anyone know of an alternative to Remote Assistance which is free and simple to use?

cheers for quick replies...I found teamviewer which seems to do the trick quite nicely!

i also found teamviewer recently, i find it is the easiest if you have a router ... saves all this port forwarding malarky!!

You can also run client and server side from a usb without installation. You can email the client side to whoever as a single program file, they reply with the auto generated login and password .. you log into there PC.
