Got a few piccies stored on my PC which are saved as bitmaps. I've tried to print these off on my common or garden home printer (Epson 680) and whilst the quality is quite acceptable, the colours have come out all wrong (Very distinctly greeny hue).I've tried printing off a smaller JPEG image and it came out fine.

Would I be barking up the wrong tree to suggest that my domestic printer isn't up to the job of printing such a large file successfully or is there something else not right somewhere?

Greeny hue?

Sure you're not running out of one of the colours?

Thanks. I was aware that converting to JPEG could have been a solution, but wasn't sure how to do that and didn't want to ask such a numpty question

So I got off my arris and spent 10 minutes finding out myself through trial and error....... Piece of cake once you know! It did the job aswell - Prints came out fine. Ta

Sounds like you might need to update your printer drivers
