Virus Help Please

Hi all,
When i leave my machine unattended for a period of time say 1 hour, i get a pop up saying I have a Virus called Win32/Hantaner A, which lives apparently in the System Volume Information folder.
Now the prob is, i can scan with AVG, Norton and all and it isn't found and destroyed. I cannot access teh Sytem Volume UInfo folder as it is locked.
How do i get rid? Or how can i get in the system info folder to delete?
Anyone know?

This is McAfee's info on the virus.
Don't know if that's any use? It doesn't mention anything about the System Volume Info folder...
