I'm always sceptical about anyone telling me to delete stuff and tend to relly on the virus gaurds in place, however I got this and have found the file on my system, before I go any further and delete anything should it be there? Text as folows:

Unfortunately a virus has been passed to me through an address book

jdbg.exe

Total Hoax

Jdbgmgr.exe is the Java debugger, it lives in the system32 folder, if you select all and delete as advised then you will delete all the system files too. Also, why would you send the email to everyone in your address book using BCC?

Any email like this is basically a lazy-arsed attempt at a virus without needing to know how to write any code.
