Looking for new Cisco Vendor

HELP !!
I'm being messed around by my current Cisco reseller, with whom we've been for a long time, with endless changes of account managers, and I'm getting fed up of the current one, whose quite useless.
I'm in the M3/M4 corridor and looking for a Cisco vendor who could provide a reasonable level of sales support, deliver on time etc. We've got quite a bit of knowledge in-house, (e.g. I've been working with Cisco kit since 1987) and rarely require post sales support. Someone with a presence in Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland would be a bonus.
We've got a range of kit from 72xx series routers, 3640s, 2621s, VPN concentrators, plus various switches at the LAN level.
Any positive suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I used to use Dimension Data who were pretty good.
Edited to say that if you are just after a cisco hardware supplier then I can highly recommend a small company in Stockport called DataPro. They are your typical IT supplier but with excellent service. Ie. You may not get the best price (competitive) but if you need gear the same day they can usually perform. Speak to Mike or Graham on 0161 483 9994 and tell them Alistair Peebles says hi.

We are a group of Cisco techies who got together to form the company because, like yourself, we were pee'ed off with dealing with crap "salesmen" who knew nothing about IT let alone Cisco kit.
We pride oursleves on the value added services we give to our customers..and I think you will find us very competitive on cost (due to very low overheads, ie, no salesmen, you deal direct with a techie!)
