How do I set my homepage to my domain?

Hi I have recently brought some web space and a web domain - www.phillmanson.co.uk

Using Dreamweaver I have uploaded my site onto my ftp server.

How do I then set my homepage on my domain to the homepage currently in my ftp server?

At the minute it is pointing to a html page called xsessionWelcome.html and I want to change it to index.html

Erm, it's working fine, no?
You use ftp to transfer your files to your webspace.
A file called index.html in the root directory will be the page you see first, when you're visiting your domain.
