Can I translate on line??

Try intertran here - www.tranexp.com:2000/InterTran/
It does obscure languages like Croatian, Serbian loads of others, even Latin.

Thanks for that
altavista.com only translates into French, German etc. however www.tranexp.com:2000/InterTran/ worked on Croatian, it will only do a few words at a time, you need to buy the software for more however it was ok for my fun email
thanks again

If you do this, beware!! These online translation things are truly appalling. What they produce is never sensible and at worst is very silly indeed.
Take, for instance, the case of some pub up in Liverpool that welcomes European football fans on a huge sign outside. It welcomes German "fans" too - the things that stand on your desk and keep you cool on hot days. 'Nuff said.
