What you want are vector images, not raster(bitmap type) images. Ie a set of curves that define the logo, not a load of pixels at a set resolution. The reasons for this are twofold - the vector can be scaled to any size without loss of quality (think of a font on your computer-you can make it any size without getting blocky). Secondly, if you are making big logos the vector curves can be used to control the blade of the vinyl cutting machine.
I guess you could look on some of the vector logo sites for .eps/.ai/dxf/.pdf/.wmf type files, or possibly you might end up tracing it yourself using an image and a copy of Adobe Illustrator or similar.

Ifs it any use I've drawn one up in illustrator (saved down as CS3, and a pdf) for you (had a spare half hour).
