Has anyone made the switch from BT Openworld to BT Yahoo? Has anyone suffered the same problems I have?

There's so much content that email and web pages under Yahoo take ages to download and sometimes even general surfing feels like I'm on 56k! Done all the usualy technical stuff, even got a new set of splitters, but it really is pants, and the customer service centre is in deepest Bombay!

Hated BT when I was on dial-up, got to like them again on Broadband but BT Yahoo is an AOL-esque pile of shite for numpty broadband punters.

I'm off to Plusnet in a month, anyway - can't even cancel my contract with BT in any easy way!

Do you mean after you installed all that BTyahoo stuff ?

I did and then promptly uninstalled the lot....what a load of cr@p. You don't need any of it really, I already have a firewall etc.

It totally screwed up my Copernic Search software as well. But it's all back to normal now.
