Windows XP Reboot Disk - HELP PLEASE!

hi there,
appaently my old man has told one of his mates that i will make a reboot disk for his computer running windows XP. got told today, he was expecting it yesterday, oops, maybe telling me earlier woulda been a good start.
I say start as thats all it would have been, cos i dont have a scooby how the hell i am meant to make a reboot disk from my standard system.
Im really hoping someone here could put a post back to this telling me A. if its possible, and B. how the bl00dyhell to do it.

If his mate has a windows XP CD, then he can boot directly from that.
Similarly if he has the manufacturers recovery CD (as opposed to a MS Windows CD) then he can boot from that as well.
If he has neither, then sounds a little dodgy to me.
But yes it is possible to do.

In each of the above cases, if you need to completely reload Windows XP you will still need a Windows XP CD or official recovery disk from the PC manufacturer.
You could use a copied or pirated disk but you will then run into problems with activation and for reasons below I cannot condone that anyway.
You can of course Google for Windows XP install disk cracks and yes it is possible, but since I am in the business MS would probably take a dim view if I said any more; just do a quick Google!
