Bug/update alerts by email

Are there any companies running subscription services that let you select what software you are running, then they email you when bug alerts/new releases are made available?

I know there are a few 'general advisory' ones that run mailing lists, but I'm thinking of a service that I can customise and just act on an email when it arrives (rather than check all the individual product websites)

Thanks, but I'm thinking software alerts eg. PHP 5 has been released, Apache 1.3.xx has a vulnerability etc, just so I can be lazy and not have to check all their sites or subscribe to their mailing lists
