Right, been holding for about 15 mins for tech' support from Microsoft. The challenge is to see if any one here can solve my problem before they do!

Kit: Mac G3 running OS Z1 - 9.2.2

Software: Office: Mac 2001 - WORD

Problem: Pull down sub menus don't appear. Have tried re-booting and reinstalling!

Cheers

Quit out of Word. Chuck away preferences file from Preferences folder in System Folder - relaunch Word. It will remake a new Preferences file, might work - certainly a good place to start.

Edited to say: ONLY chuck the Word Preferences file, leave all the others as they are.

It's not the Mac that doesn't work, it's the crappy software that doesn't
