PC/Email Experts in Cambs?

Anyone familiar with Outlook/POP3 accounts in Cambs who could visit a client for me to investigate why they can't download email?

Not me, but would it be a 'stuck' e-mail that needs Telnet to clear?

The 'stuck email' call is a good one.
There's nothing to POP3 - either you can't see the server, you can't authenticate or you've got a large message which will take ages to download.
If you could provide their details (POP3 server, username and password) I'll take a look remotely and archive any offending large emails to CD.
