strange thing just happened, was on the internet, (pwigs tartan rug so nothing dodgy
) when this thing took up the whole screen saying windows had some spy ware replacing windows files, i wasnt sure what it was about so i just ctrl and deleted it, then it said for me too put in the windows xp disc, did that and then the errors went away, but the only options where install xp etc, so didnt want mess anything up so left it. so what is spy ware? and how do i get rid of it? ps i am using zone alarm and ad aware so assumed they would protect me...

i have downloaded spy bot, and it does the search and just finishes, which i assume means its not finding anything? any ideas what it could be what happened before?
