CLK63 AMG Black - what to look for?

Just day dreaming at the moment as I am happy with my 996t, but the AMG black CLK63 has caught my eye as a nice looking car. Does anybody have any experience with one on what to look for and how they are as a daily driver etc?

I have a CLK63 AMG Coupe.

I have a friend who has the Black Series and loves it.

He had one of mine before getting Blackie and he says that he actually prefers the ride quality in mine.

If you are to use it daily, you may want to consider this.

Oh, and the steering wheel is off-centre from the drivers seat (steering wheel sits slightly to the left of you), which felt very odd indeed when I sat in it.


Apart from that, it's all good!

Awesome cars that aren't going down in terms of vaules. I drove one for a while when they were first launched.

There's a guy over on stuttgart9s who has one, may well be worth asking over there for a bit of advice.

CLK black is awesome car . Probably one of the most " fun " drives available .
I certainly didnt find the suspension too hard . It has all the modcons too .
Awesome , nothing is as slidey or as hooligany (?) as a black . Best merc of modern times .
