Well if it looks like that then I will be very pleasantly surprised. 
The current A class is not a good car - I'm surprised it's on MBs range at all. Having got a brand spanking new one as a loaner earlier this week I can say, hand on heart, that it is blown away in every single imaginable respect by, for example, a Toyota Auris (nearest comparable size/look type of thing).
