So my trusty steed of the last 5 years was sold on Wednesday, it has been a great companion over the last 45K

Only 8 weeks until I can collect this naughty boy

Why, if you dont mind me asking are you waiting until March to collect? If it wasnt already registered i'd agree the 12 plate would be a better proposition, but............! 8 weeks is odd if the car is already at the dealership.

The car is a 'demonstrator' which I have been assured will not be used for the next 8 weeks( the sales receipt has noted that the mileage will not exceed 200 miles, it is on 25 miles at the moment) .This has achieved a 10k saving on the list price.....

Strange, but works for me!

I made the same move last year from Rs4 to C63, you won't regret it.

That RS4 looks the dogs danglies, certainly looks as if you cared for it.

Mine is the old shape C63 estate, it is a real stealth car. At meets people will stare at the saloons and just ignore the estate, even the red calipers and carbon mirrors don't seem to give them a clue!

But be careful, do not smash the mirrors, some a-hole did one of mine after 3 days, £1150 plus fitting!

Yup, whoever gets that RS has got a good one, I had it serviced earlier than each indicator and it was always treated gently when cold.

Was the £ 1,150 just for one!? I live in a London street, so I will keep my fingers crossed.....

Congrats on the purchase, the C63 Estate is awesome in prety much every respect.

Are you trading the RS4 in with them? Would be keen to know how much for, I've been thinking about one foe a while and yours looks/sounds perfect!

Damn, they're getting cheap now, especially when you consider the price of the old models which have been static around the mid to late 'teens for years now.

Did you find that the Audi had "my god I'm going to die" understeer every time it went around a bend ?
I had one for a couple of weeks as a loaner and thought it was awful in the dry at speed but quite handy in the wat !
Interested if it was just something odd about this one or not ?
