Low Battery Warning or Something Else???

Apologies for posting this but I'm not at home and don't have access to my Owners Manual...

Got in my 2003 CL500 this morning and the illumination around some of my dials were dimmer than the illumination around the speedometer.

Does this mean my battery is struggling? It was flippin' cold this morning and I don't do a huge amount of mileage so I thought it may be a battery level warning.

Am I warm or way off??

PS. Did a 70 mile round trip and all lights were back 100%

Sounds like your instrument cluster is beginning to pack up. There are a few places if you search around that can repair your cluster if it does fail & it will be a lot cheaper than buying a new one from Mercedes which will have to be coded etc once installed.
Fingers crossed yours will be ok.
