2005 A Class 150 misfire/low on power.

As the title suggests, local man read the codes with his Bosch reader, has replaced coil packs which made no difference as two weeks later engine light back on. This time the fault reader pointed to the throttle body, so secondhand one tried. Still the same, fault reader now blaming the (new) coil packs again. Any clues ?:
