slk 350 Advice

My Dad is looking to purchase a very good condition 2005 slk350 silver/blue 33k on the clock 2 owners full history leather satnav pretty much everything except an airscalf for £13,000 so my question is does that seem about right cost wise for this spec of car and secondly is there anything in particular he needs to look out for mechanically that can go wrong?
