I'm thinking of buying one, say 2006 ish, probably with about 75K miles.

What is the build quality like, I know Mercedes quality started to dip in the 90's and then came back again, but not sure of the dates when.

Also, any model specific issues I need to check out at an MB garage?

Build quality is fine, engine is great. make sure your check all electrics and heated seats etc. My C55 is a 2004 with 48k miles. If you are interested it will be for sale in July with new mot and service. also has MB tier 1 warranty until Dec 1st.

Forgot to say as they are post 2003/4 build they have galvanised body panels. Great step up from a C32
