Fair price? Depends who's buying.

Car looks like a better example, but who can tell without inspecting it. Price certainly isn't madness.

These 4 cylinders are gaining popularity and the 16v 220 is a very good motor.

The model designation is in the wrong place. Evidence of a rear-end shunt? Evidence of a paint job? Or simply evidence of a new badge being fitted?

Looks like a decent example, but usual caveats as for any used car apply. Price? Always difficult to call. The 6 cylinder cars are generally more sought after and so these dont make as much. Buyers market so haggle hard.

Not many Blue-Black E220 Coupes with black leather & air-conditioning around. If you like black cars you'll love it - I sold an E320 in that combination

I like the look of the 300CE in the same link ,similar price, appears to have less miles if ad is to be believed.I note it also has electric seats and cruise control.
