Servicing An Old W210

I'm about to do my own service (well, change the oil, coolant and pad's etc) on my 1999, E240 but curious about the service inspection display. I'ts been lighting up for the last 7 days, telling me it's overdue. Is there a way of cancelling it as I will not be putting the car into a Merc dealership for the service?

Check your tensioner and crank pulley (harmonic balancer) while you're at it.
