Command with new lighting 30pin adapter

My lighting 30 pin adapter arrived yesterday, finally got round to trying it out today in the car and have a issue with playlists. My playlists appear on the screen as normal but when selecting certain playlists they are empty, others have songs in but are from another playlist and some are working normally..I have synched the phone again but still get the issue..
Anyone else having similar problems???
