looking to get a c240 any views please

never had one looking at an immaculate 2003 around a 100k with full service its full leather and well looked after, is there anything that I should look out for on these? rough idea of a fair ball park value would also arm me. Prices seem to be far from consistant , all views greatly received. Many thanks to all
