53 plate C200 K advice needed

My brother needs a commuter car very soon and has found a 53 plate saloon C200K with auto in ambiance spec.

Just wondered if the knowledgeable PH Merc forum could provide some advice for the second viewing tomorrow.

I've heard it's a 1 owner car with FSH that has a few bits of bofywork going scabby, which the trader pointed out rather than tried to hide/ignore. Apparently drives very well, relatively low mileage at 70k. For sale at £2750 with ful MOT & 6 months tax.
