Ml 320 Cdi

I have been looking at a car that will accommodate 3 kids and always considered the ml to be out of my budget. I have however had a test drive in an 06 se 320 with 85,000 on the clock. I was stunned by how nice of a drive it was.
In comparison to my current car it would cost about 215 a month which saves me about 130. I drive about 200 motorway miles a week in an Audi a4 2.0 tdi so fuel consumption would obviously increase. Any advice from ml 320 owners?

I have a Cdi sport ml320 on a 57 plate. So ar I have no grumbles with at all. In town going to work expect 22 mpg and on motorway doing cough cough 80 ish expect 27-30 mpg. I love my ML.

How far would you get on a full tank of diesel?

Mmm, never been brave enough to brim it. I know for my standard week of going to work ( 10miles a day in stop start traffic) then the food run and general dr Irving at weekends £45 sees me through.

Cheers I heard thy have a massive tank in them so I can see why it would scary to fill it. Had a jeep before but was amazed at how the ml drives and the pick up from the engine is fantastic. Feels safe for transporting the family around . Thanks for the advice!!
