After hoping a c-class (w204) estate would have all the space I needed I am now looking at roof boxes to fit everything required for a family holiday.
I have been looking at Thule products and wonder if anyone has any experience with Thule bars and boxes?
In particular I would like to know if the WingBar is better than the AeroBar, and which foot pack I should use. The Thule configurator says that both 757 and 775 systems fit, so wondered if either were better?
For the box I have been looking at the 400 ltr size, so something like the Thule Motion 200. Any suggestions or locations for the best deals are welcome.

I bought a big Kamei box from www.roofboxes.co.uk , the price was good, it was delivered next day, it was very easy to fit, to open, to close, to lock... and (with crushing inevitability) I've never used it. I'm sure Thule products are excellent, too. The roofboxes site has lots of good info. I'm sorry I don't have specific answers to your questions but when in doubt, get the most expensive one.

another recommendation for www.roofboxes.co.uk from me. I bought a Carrite one from them which was perfectly adequate for the three or four times a year it was needed for extra baby junk. It's a while ago, but I seem to remember that they were very helpful when I rang them up for advice on which bars, footpacks etc to get.
