Hi Guys,

I come here a lot for advice but this is my first post. It just so happens in my first post I am looking for some help. I need to try and get the service history from the National database for my Mercedes E320.

The VIN is WDB2110262A170499

Is there anybody out there that can help with advice on how to retrieve this information? I have had the car a few months now and I am the second owner. I cannot contact the first owner.

Thanks in advance.

Steve

Phone your dealer and quote the chassis number. Job done.

Yup, my dealer was very happy to share the service history. There's no service books anymore so the only way to check the service history is via a dealer. Give them a call.

Not strictly true. You get a print out of the electronic service sheet after every service which you need to show if you use Mobilo Life breakdown cover. Luckily I haven't needed it yet.

I didnt get any service history with my car when i picked it up in Jan. Id read its all digital now so called the dealer i bought it from. They were able to send me by email the digital printout from the B service it had just before i picked it up and also the A service it had at the Inverness dealership last year. Just give them a call if youve not done so already. If your dealer is funny about doing it then call Brooklands and they'll sort it.
