A Class advice needed

Hi

My car went into limp mode today and after the RAC checked it I was informed that the drivers front ABS ring had failed (He has shown me the part)

Question is ...

Is this a possible DIY fix or do I need to take it into the garage.

I have experience in basic repairs but was not sure about how many hours this would take and are specific tools required ?
