Mechanic wrecks Gullwing
Discussion
Moment of stupidity? I don't think so. Name the mentally challenged mechanic and company, sue the crap out of the company and return the employee to his pond where he originally came from. Parallel situation happened to myself, not such a rare vehicle. Company no longer trading, owner/mechanic dragged through small claim/county courts to achieve satisfaction but not full compensation. All said and done, it's only a car and it sounds like nobody was seriously hurt. The Police say that speed contributed to the accident, well these cars are for driving fast.
I'd rather see a car like this than slowly deteriorating in some museum. I love the Gullwing in he Schlumph museum complete wih dents and scars from a full life but fear it will not see the use it deserves.
When anyone drives any of my cars I expect them to enjoy themselves. I regularly loan one of my friends and his wife tells me he drives it ever so slowly. Ive told him if he doesn't drive it as if it's his own, I'm not lending it to him again.
