Mercedes ML350 LHD CZ registered

My friend has a 2003 Mercedes ML350 which started life in the States and is now registered in the Czech Republic and running about on Czech plates. The car is in the Midlands (UK) . He wants to sell it. His question to me that I couldnt anwswer and would welcome views is:
Is he better off taking it to the Czech Republic to sell it- would it be worth more or less there than in the UK bearing in mind also the time and cost of getting it there?
or sell it here in the UK - in which case are there any specialist dealers or advertising sites where he would get the best buying audience?
