Mercedes owners near Stonehaven (epic photo opportunity)

Mercedes Benz Edinburgh are running a competition where you have to take a picture of a Mercedes next to a local landmark and I'm going to take part.

I have someone who might be able to let me use their matt black C63 AMG for the picture however he lives about 35 miles away and I think he's quite busy, so it might not be convenient for him to drive through to Stonehaven for it.

I have been granted access to the road which leads down to Dunnottar Castle and I have a fairly awesome idea in my head. I just need to make sure I have an appropriately impressive/cool car for the picture.

Is there anyone with a nice Mercedes (preferably an AMG or something else which is quite appealing to the eye) who stays in or around Stonehaven who would be interested in letting me use their car if the C63 owner can't manage?

No dates have been arranged yet, but I would like to organise it within the next couple of weeks.

Sorry, yes C63. With carbon spoiler, wing mirrors and rear diffuser bumper. Will put up a pic soon.

I went up to the castle yesterday evening for a test shoot with my mates Saab* and I've created a very quick and rough mock up of how the finished product might look.



Just thought some might like to see what I was aiming for...

• the smoke/dust from the rear wheels is simply because it will be getting replaced with a Mercedes.
