Smart Top fitted to my SLK

I know a few on here picked up cheap lease deals on 2013 SLK 250's...like me.

Icing on the cake - just had smart top fitted.....LOVE IT!!!

a) opening/closing the roof (and or windows) when leaving/approaching the car is cool as fk

b) if you are big its easier to get in and out with the roof down....now you can

c) see a again!

I believe it also allows you to drop the top whilst traveling at up to 30mph too?

I'd love one, but after a disasterous time having a Bluetooth phone and iPod link retro fitted by an apparently reputable Mercedes aftermarket specialist that took six months to resolve I've vowed not to have my current car messed about with by retrofitting anything.

Who supplied/fitted it for you?

I have it fitted the modules on mine, great fun,
can raise and lower the hood on the move,
you can also operate it with the remote and it is a one touch operation.

I fitted mine myself, bit fiddly to do, took me about 3 hrs. to fit

Still loving it - pop the hood each time I approach the car...just SOOOO cool! Same for locking it (closing) after I walk away!
